Why We Call Our Blog the Miracle of More

The miracle is a beautiful image of Ephesians 3:20--more than I can ask or imagine. Every day is a miracle. Every moment is a miracle. Specifically for our family, the miracle of more is our family growing in ways I would never have imagined when we first committed to adoption 8 years ago. But, the greatest miracle is the change in ME!

If you have questions about adoption, our work in South Africa, or spina bifida, please email me at rbmattox@bellsouth.net

More Photos

Thank you for your prayers. I've had much more peace today. Maybe it was retail therapy. I bought a new computer today. ;)

But, here are some more precious memories from the wedding:

One of the closest times I came to tears was near the beginning of the ceremony. Our pastor shared with the guests that he had been Caleb's pastor his entire lift, even 9 months before he was born. Not many are blessed to have a pastor who has been so much a part of their lives.

Can you tell there were moments in the wedding that were just plain fun?

My sweet nephew Joshua....aka Moose...escorting my Grandma Tatum.

We've seen Casie everday this week, I think. It makes me feel closer to Caleb.

And, Whitney has been afraid you'll all forget that she's part of the family, so please take note. You will see her making a mad attempt at catching the bouquet and observing the bride and groom as they make their get away.
