Why We Call Our Blog the Miracle of More

The miracle is a beautiful image of Ephesians 3:20--more than I can ask or imagine. Every day is a miracle. Every moment is a miracle. Specifically for our family, the miracle of more is our family growing in ways I would never have imagined when we first committed to adoption 8 years ago. But, the greatest miracle is the change in ME!

If you have questions about adoption, our work in South Africa, or spina bifida, please email me at rbmattox@bellsouth.net

Waiting on Travel Approval

We are officially waiting on a most prized possession...our TA!

For those of you who don't know what that means...TA...is Travel Approval.

I can hardly believe we are just one step away from knowing our offical dates to China.

Pray and hope with us that we receive our TA in two weeks.....

Then, travel should be about 3 weeks later.

That means, travel in about 5 weeks....

Wanna guess why I'm not sleeping...what thoughts keep my head spinning everytime it hits the pillow.

Yipee! Jesus!!!

Greetings from Just Haven't Met You Yet (aka Sandysignr from Rumor Queen)! I saw your sweet comment on my blog today and you have no idea how it encouraged me! We DO serve a God who SPECIALIZES in ambitious! I had a long overdue prayer time with God this morning on my commute to work and I laid the date March 7 at His feet. It's HIS to do with what He wills. I'm on board with whatever. I'm joining you in prayer for the 15th. I'd love nothing more to see you in China! Praying!
